A new company joins the Baby Friendly program to promote family reconciliation
Solunion, the credit, surety and services insurance company associated with commercial risk management, has joined the Baby Friendly program, an initiative intended for companies that promote and commit to family reconciliation between their people, particularly in the cases of new fathers and mothers.
The Baby Friendly plan includes a commitment to flexible hours and a work-life balance so that the people who are part of the company, the Solunioners, can enjoy a balance between their personal and professional life. Likewise, Solunion undertakes not to discriminate because of being parents, to inform about the procedures and legal rights in matters of paternity / maternity and to support the growth of employment without gender discrimination, in particular to women who have children and wish to take on new responsibilities.
The company received the diploma that certifies it as a Baby Friendly Company, in recognition of its commitment to new parents in the workforce. With this membership, Solunion adds to its existing conciliation measures a comprehensive support program at a time as important as the birth of a child.
