ADAMS and FAMUFEX collaborate in the socio-professional integration of 100 women in vulnerable situations
ADAMS Formation and the Federation of Feminist Women’s Associations of Extremadura (FAMUFEX) have signed an agreement to help social and professional integration of women in vulnerable situations through training.
Thanks to this agreement, 100 women belonging to particularly vulnerable groups (at risk of social exclusion, with disabilities, as well as women victims of all types of violence) will benefit from scholarships to be able to follow online training.
During the training period, the project will be continuously monitored to assess its use, the training experience of the participants and how the training contributes to their employability.
ADAMS Formacin embodies its social commitment in solidarity actions which, through training, contribute to improving the personal and working conditions of the most vulnerable groups. According to Mara Jess Prez Ruiz de Valbuena, CEO of ADAMS, “we believe that training is the engine to overcome situations of vulnerability because it is the key to the personal and professional development of people. For this reason, we are very happy that our agreement with FAMUFEX can contribute to the social and professional integration of 100 women in vulnerable situations ”.
