Bus explosion in Pakistan today: explosion in Pakistan, Chinese citizens died in attack on vehicle in Upper Kohistan

At least 10 people have been killed, including 4 Chinese nationals, in a horrific attack on a bus full of Chinese citizens in northern Pakistan. It is said that 36 Chinese nationals were on the bus. A bus full of Chinese nationals was detonated by a bomb hidden by the side of the road. The death toll in this attack could increase dramatically.

According to Pakistani media, it appears to be a well-planned attack. These Chinese workers were taken to the Dasu Dam construction site. In this incident, two Pakistani army soldiers died. The bodies of all the injured were taken to the local hospital. Pakistani security forces are investigating the whole attack.

A senior official said, “There was a huge explosion in the bus carrying Chinese engineers in Upper Kohistan. Many people died instantly. China’s state-run news agency Xinhua reported that at least 10 people were killed. He said 39 people were injured in the attack. The reason for this explosion is not yet known.

Kohistan deputy commissioner Arif Khan said the attack took place around 7:30 a.m. He said all Chinese workers were taken by bus near the hydroelectric project. He said that aside from Chinese citizens, there were many security personnel and workers on the bus. Khan said rescue operations were underway at the site.
