Cofidis is looking for young graduates in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Engineering who are looking for expertise in the world of Big Data to accelerate their digital transformation

Cofidis, a financial institution specializing in the granting of consumer credit and the financing of projects to individuals, is committed to integrating young talents who have recently graduated in disciplines such as mathematics, physics, statistics and engineering, through its innovative Factora del Dato training project.

This Cofidis initiative, which responds to its commitment to encourage professional development, aims to train and retain the best talents in the field of advanced data analysis, thus increasing the company’s digital transformation.

In this sense, Factora del Dato is a unique opportunity to enter the company for young talents who wish to develop their professional career in this sector. This program includes a complete training and individualized development plan for them, under the direction and advice of Cofidis reference employees, as well as stays in different departments of the company such as Risk, Digital Business Experience and Business Intelligence for participate in their innovative data-related projects.

According to Nora Sol, Director of Human Resources-Cofidis Espaa Collaborator Experience: “We are very proud to have launched the second edition of the Data Factor, a firm commitment by the company to the development of young talents. Giving opportunities to young talents in the world of work in an economic and social context like the current one is one of our objectives. The first edition of the Data Factor was a success, 70% of the participants, once the program ended, joined the company. This program greatly enriches us all, the tutors who support these young people in their program and the teammates in which they are integrated ”.
