This remake brings every piece of AOE content to modern audiences with recreated 4K images, fully reconstructed assets, ultra-wide monitor support, new multiplayer backend, recreated cutscenes, re-recorded audio and enhanced music, AI improvements, a new user interface. much more.
There’s even new content – for the first time, players will be able to experience the game with two new civilizations: the Incas and the Swedes.
“The Incas are a classic defensive civilization like Age II that can build large defensible cities, while the Swedes offer intelligent gunpowder units and can command large numbers of mercenaries through their approach to combat. Both civilizations offer new ways to play which we are sure will delight existing fans and those new to the game, ”the description of the new content reads.
There are also two new game modes: Art of War and Historical Battles. The return does so with a multitude of new content dedicated to fans of the saga.
