Grupo EULEN strengthens its field of corporate human resources
Creates a human resources department for Spain and Portugal and another for international HR

The EULEN Group, leader in the provision of business services and one of the largest employer companies in our country, has strengthened its Corporate Human Resources Area with the creation of a Human Resources Department for Spain and Portugal and another for International Human Resources. , in order to provide increased support and support to the structure of the zone both in the different zones of Spain and in the countries where it operates.
For this reason, the following appointments have been made, reporting directly to the Director General of the Human Resources Sector, Manuel Jesús Murciano Rosado.
María Luisa García Arias has been appointed the new Human Resources Director for Spain and Portugal and Deputy Director of the Company’s Human Resources Department. She holds a law degree from the University of Valladolid, a Masters in legal and tax advice from Know How Business College, PDD for strategic business and people development from ESADE. and 360º human resources program by the Centro de Estudios Garrigues-UCE. She joined the EULEN group in 1994 as a human resources technician, since then she has held various positions of responsibility as human resources manager. from the Ebro area (Aragón, Navarra and La Rioja), Catalonia, Aragon and La Rioja, as well as director of labor relations and occupational risk prevention, a position she had held to date. Lorenzo Rivarés Sánchez, new director of international human resources. Doctor in Psychology, Master in Executive Human Resources Management from San Pablo CEU Business School and PDD DIRIGE from ESADE-EULEN. He also holds the SHRM certificate from the Society for Human Resource Management and the GRI certificate from the WorldatWork Society. He joined EULEN Flexiplán in 1995 as a selection technician and has held various management positions in the organization as an office manager; Regional technical coordinator of temporary work in Aragon, Navarre, La Rioja and the Basque Country; Director of the Madrid and Castilla-La Mancha Selection and Employment Center; and International Human Resources Representative for Cono Norte until the present appointment. Javier Ignacio Ramos Rodríguez joins the Group as the new Director of Labor Relations and Occupational Risk Prevention. A law graduate from the Autonomous University of Madrid, he was part of the EULEN group from 1992 to 2003 where he held the positions of regional director of human resources in various fields, director of labor relations and director of human resources. Subsequently, he continued his professional career at Iberia LAE, holding various positions of responsibility in the field of human resources, the last one as Director of Human Resources for the Corporate, Commercial and International fields. He then worked for Babcock Spain, as Director of Human Resources and Corporate Affairs; as Director of Human Resources at MATSA and as a founding partner of Global Jinzai, until its current reincorporation into the EULEN group.
