Either because of user ignorance or because the problem is bigger than you think, sometimes the only possible solution is to reinstall Windows 10 to its factory state.
Reinstalling Windows 10 is easier than ever
However, many users find it to be a long and tedious process. In the past, before doing this, you had to make a backup copy of your data and files via external media such as USB stick or hard drive. It is not necessary any more. Now we can reinstall Windows 10 keeping our personal files with very few clicks. Then we show you how to do it:
Open the Windows 10 “Settings” application. Select “Update & Security”. Select the “Recovery” option. In the “Reset this PC” option, click “Start”. Select the “Keep my files” option. We have started the restoration. We keep the PC connected to the power supply during the process.
And it’s done! If you have followed these simple steps correctly, you will have successfully reinstalled Windows 10 while keeping your personal files.
