Nova Talent, the global network that connects people with high potential, announces the launch in Spain of a new initiative that aims to identify the brightest young people, those called to lead the future of our country. This is “The Nova 111 List”, a list which will be made up of the 10 best talents from 11 sectors considered key to the economy, and which has already opened the period for submitting applications. The company chose Spain to start the project, which will soon be replicated in other European countries.
The profiles sought by “The Nova 111 List” are young people between 25 and 35 years old with an exceptional professional career, who have achieved relevant achievements, who have international experience and a clear vocation for leadership.
The 11 sectors chosen are: technology; Health and life sciences; Politics and the public sector; Strategic consultant; Entrepreneurship and startups; Legal services; Finance and investment; Engineer and energy; Social impact; Telecommunications and media; and retail, sales and marketing. A leading company in each of these sectors will act as a reference for the list and will be involved in the process of selecting the winners. Among those that have been chosen are Novartis in Health, Ashoka in Social Impact, or Job and Talent in Technology, among others.
“Compared to other lists such as Forbes 30 Under 30, we differ in three aspects: 1) Transparency, with a scientific selection process with clear criteria; 2) Diversity, comprising 11 verticals and allowing anyone to submit nominations; and 3) Value Proposition, with awards for winners that go beyond recognition and include opportunities for networking and development. Our aim is not to leave out anyone who deserves to be selected, by giving any candidate the opportunity to present themselves. Anyone – a Nova member, a manager, or a proud mother – can nominate someone they think has the right qualifications to make the list. The aim is to get all of us involved in this collective effort to find and empower the best talent in the country, ”explains Ramn Rodrurez, co-founder and COO of Nova Talent.
The deadline to apply or nominate for ‘The Nova 111 List’ will be open until January 20, and within days the company has already received over 300 applications. First, the Nova Talent team, through a process developed and tested for over 20 years, selects the 20 finalists from each vertical. Finally, a jury made up of 11 experts from the Nova network sector and 11 representatives of leading companies in their sector will be in charge of selecting the 111 winners.
All will receive their public recognition at an awards ceremony to be held in spring 2021 in Madrid, during which they will be able to network and come into direct contact with the leaders of leading companies in their respective sectors. In addition, the 111 winners will be directly part of the global Nova community, present in more than 70 countries and whose members are among the top 3% in each sector, and will be connected with a mentor, coach and opportunities. networking that help maximize the impact of your career.
