The moment of social transformation we are in has brought technology to help transform business models. The overhaul of processes necessarily doomed to change after years and become obsolete is one of the centerpieces of the digital transformation and bears its own name: operational efficiency.
In this context, VASS is organizing the second edition of its Operational Efficiency Forum, an unmissable event during which companies that have already put operational efficiency processes into practice thanks to partner platforms and tools such as Appian, Celonis, Opentext or Salesforce , will share their experiences on how they managed to be more efficient, reduce costs and generate new business models, adding more value to their respective businesses.
The forum will have the participation of leaders from Accion, Telefnica and Seguros Pelayo, who will explain how operational efficiency is part of their transformation strategy to make their organizations more agile and efficient.
Acciona, which was to integrate an outsourced technical office that would allow it to maintain and evolve its document management system to meet business and service objectives. Telefnica has relied on Appian and VASS to automate many processes until now. there manuals or they were poorly orchestrated.
TambinSeguros Pelayose has faced a digital transformation process to become a company that provides omnichannel service to its customers.
Likewise, we will have the opportunity to present a round table moderated by Gonzalo Trigo, CTO of VASS in which will participate as much as possible the exhibitors of the four VASS partners who collaborate in the forum and who will talk, among other topics, about how they help customers in the current situation.
We will close the forum with the presence of Toni Nadal, former trainer and physical trainer who will tell us that “everything can be formed”.
