Mayte Gmez, HRD of Electrolux Iberia, has been confirmed as a member of the jury for the 7th HR Digital Health and Company Award, an award intended to promote and highlight the best initiatives in the field of occupational health.
Our protagonist has been working in the field of people management at Electrolux for almost ten years. She joined the company in 2011 to take on the role of Human Resources Director in Iberia and between 2013 and 2016 she served as Interim Human Resources Director in France.Previously Mayte Gmez was Resources Director at LG Electronics for more than seven years for at least which combines a career of nearly twenty years in the people and talent management industry.
Mayte is also General Secretary of the Spanish Association of Human Resources Directors (AEDRH).
She is, therefore, the second confirmed member of the jury for this seventh edition of the HRH Digital Health and Business Prize and, consequently, joins Mnica Garca Ingelmo as one of the voices to be taken into account when evaluating the proposals received. .
