Long ago, if we wanted to do a survey, we were limited to Google. The relatively new survey and quiz creation tool, Microsoft Forms, was originally released for business accounts. It is now available for use on the web or through the Office app for everyone.
Microsoft Forms, now available to everyone
Anyone can use Microsoft Forms, although a Microsoft account is required to create quizzes and surveys. The tool is free, although Microsoft 365 Personal and Microsoft 365 Family subscribers receive more design templates and may increase the number of respondents who can complete their designs.
In the attached video you can see how this tool works and how we can get the most out of it. We recommend that you see it if you want to use this new tool.
We are happy to see that this feature, widely used in Google Accounts, is now available to all users with a Microsoft account. Those of Redmond finally publish surveys for all users.
Do you think this feature is great or are the days of polling with friends and family over? The reality is that the operation is amazing and highly recommended. Only time will tell if it is well received or if it falls into oblivion.
