Mnica Garca Ingelmo, Head of Benefits, Human Resources Administration and Occupational Health at Orange Spain, has been confirmed as a member of the jury for the 7th HRH Digital Health and Company Award, an award aimed at promoting and highlighting highlight the best initiatives in the field of occupational health.

Garca Ingelmo has worked at Orange for twenty years, having been responsible for various areas such as labor relations, administration and prevention of occupational risks, social benefits and human resources administration, health and prevention and until ” to reach his current position in the telephone company where he has worked since 2016 as Manager of Benefits, HR Administration and Occupational Health, behind him there is also a trajectory of almost 25 years in the human resources and human resources sector, through companies such as Prosegur, Andersen Business Consulting, MC Mutual or Ibermutuamur.

Mnica holds a degree in labor relations from Carlos III University in Madrid and a master’s degree in human resources management from CEF, among other training.

It is therefore the first confirmed jury member for this seventh edition of the RRHHDigital Health and Company Award and, therefore, Mnica Garca Ingelmo will be one of the voices to be taken into account when evaluating the proposals received. It was precisely his company, Orange, winner of the 2019 edition of the award thanks to its fantastic project.

The 7th RRHHDigital Health and Business Award, organized by RRHHDigital, is a prestigious award that recognizes the most outstanding initiatives in the field of occupational health. This 2020 edition will also have a special category dedicated to initiatives related to the coronavirus and its prevention in the workplace and in the workplace.
