Moventia already has 20 companies signatories of the Diversity Charter, promoted by the Foundation for Diversity in Spain, with the support of the European Commission, the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality, the Department of Business and employment of the Generalitat de Catalunya, and the employer associations CEOE, Fomento del Trabajo and PIMEC.

Moventia companies that have adhered to the Diversity Charter are the first in the mobility sector to be part of this initiative, whose membership has been renewed every year since 2012, when some of these companies joined this initiative. this action.
