The Contentious Administrative Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of Aragon (TSJA) released on Monday a car in which it accepts the very preventive suspension of some of the points referring to the order of the Aragonese government to impose new restrictions to leisure and hospitality before the coronavirus.

Concretely, the decree, in the aforementioned points, applies the level 2 health alert regime and in the contested points, it determines that hotel and catering establishments cannot exceed their opening hours of 11:00 p.m., also regulating the capacity allowed both indoors and on the terraces.

It also regulates matters relating to nightlife venues, which cannot exceed 50 percent of indoor capacity and whose closing time will be at 12:30 a.m. Now, after some entities, such as the Association of Entrepreneurs of Cafes and Bars of Zaragoza and the Province and the Provincial Association of Party Halls, Dance and Clubs of Zaragoza, demanded their rejection, the schedules and capacity will not be changed.
