TRON founder Justin Sun announced on Twitter that BJEX has completed TRON mainNet upgrade and resumed TRON [TRX] token deposit and withdrawal. BJEX has opened TRX assets of the mainNet for trading.

The exchange also notified its users to update the coin addresses. They have warned the users to not recharge on the old address because only the new mainNet supports recharge.

Justin Sun tweeted on his official Twitter handle, "BJEX @60comEX has completed #TRON mainnet upgrade and resumed #TRX deposit and withdrawal."

A TRON enthusiast replied to the tweet by saying, "when binance will do it you used to be always at the top guys"

A twitterati who feels skeptical about the initiative replied, "But still no mainnet conversion of #TRON #TRX $TRX on @BitpieWallet @BitpieWalletJP. and total silence from @justinsuntron and @Tronfoundation. Not a good look."

Earlier it was notified by the TRON Foundation that all TRX transaction would be paused for a certain period. The migration from ERC20 tokens to TRX caused the pause.

The notification from the BJEX exchange reads, "BJEX has switched the ERC20 TRX assets held by all users to the TRX assets of the main network in accordance with 1:1, and has opened the coin. In addition, all user TRX coin addresses have been updated and need to be re-acquired. Do not recharge to the old address (only support TRX new main network address, the old ERC20 TRX does not support recharge), otherwise, the asset will not be recovered.

BJEX continues to improve its service with a better user experience. Thank you for your support and trust! You are welcome to contact us in any of the following ways!"

Founder Justin Sun earlier said that some major exchanges had completed Tron MainNet upgrade and resumed TRX deposit and withdrawal. The list includes exchanges, such as Bitforex, Cobo, Coinfalcon,, OKEx, and Upbit. Tron foundation launched two updates, including BitForex trades for TRX deposits, and an update to improve the speed of the network. In the recent past, all TRX tokens of BitForex had finished the main network migration.
