CoinGate makes it easy to receive customer payments in Binance Coin (BNB)
CoinGate, a Lithuania-based crypto payment processing gateway, recently said that its platform will allow customers to pay merchants in Binance Coin (BNB). The company added that received payments will be automatically settled to EUR/USD or to BTC based on the users, making it simpler for merchants.
According to an official post, to integrate Coingate’s payment gateway on any website one needs to choose, “One of CoinGate ready-made integrations for e-commerce content management systems or web billing platforms (like WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop, OpenCart, WHMCS and similar)” or “Developer API that can be configured for any website and different codebases (e.g. Ruby, PHP, Omnipay, Python, NodeJS…)” or “Payment buttons for accepting donations or simple payments (for example, if you only sell one or several products).”
If someone wishes to keep their received payments in cryptocurrency (i.e. to receive payouts in Bitcoin), no verification is needed usually to use CoinGate. However, for Euro or U.S. dollar settlements, one will have to pass a simple merchant verification procedure and that can be done by uploading your business documents and director’s ID.
One needs to sign up with CoinGate to get started with accepting Binance Coin as well as Bitcoin, Litecoin and other cryptocurrencies. Users need to create API credentials if they intend to use their e-commerce plugins or the API. If not, they can go ahead and create their first payment button.
In other news, Binance, the largest crypto exchange by trading volume, had announced that it will delist four altcoins from its platform. The team decided to delist Bytecoin [BCN], ChatCoin [CHAT], Iconomi [ICN] and Triggers [TRIG]. The exchange will allow withdrawals of these cryptocurrencies until November 12.
