‘If you really care about your people’: Justin Sun tells Venezuela’s Adán Chávez to build Petro on TRON
Justin Sun, founder and CEO of TRON network, in his latest tweet, asked Venezuelan politician Adán Chávez to build the debt-ridden country’s cryptocurrency, Petro, on a faster network like TRON [TRX] and not on “Ethereum if he really cares about his people”.

Adan Chávez is the brother of Venezuela’s former president Hugo Chávez. He is a former governor of Barinas state, Ambassador to Cuba and an education minister is his decades-long political career.
Sun made this suggestion to Adan in a reply to the former’s tweet that read: “Celebremos junto al presidente
@NicolasMaduro el inicio de circulación del Bolívar Soberano, parte del programa de Recuperación, Crecimiento y Prosperidad Económica para afianzar la valoración real de nuestra moneda anclada al Petro.”
It roughly translates to: “Let us celebrate together with the president @NicolasMaduro the start of circulation of the Sovereign Bolivar, part of the Recovery, Growth and Economic Prosperity program to strengthen the real valuation of our currency anchored to Petro.”

TRON CEO Justin Sun earlier shared news about the crypto network’s new partnerships.
In a recent interview with Forbes, he shared more about the goal of the company, recent partnerships, listings, and acquisition. He dropped the hint that more exciting news that would be coming out by the fourth quarter.
When asked about his plans related to acquired decentralized services. “We recently acquired BitTorrent, the most popular decentralized service, in July.
TRON has embraced a massive network with over 100 million active users,” Justin Sun said.
“We also recently kicked off Project Atlas, which will let us incentivize users within the BitTorrent ecosystem to participate and contribute to the network by offering our own tokens—a first in history. We have more exciting news coming out in the fourth quarter as well.”
