Litecoin,Stellar and BItcoin Get Backing From Nasdaq Exchange
Nasdaq, one of the most important exchanges in the United States has taken significant steps to get the leading edge in the digital currency market. Stellar is one of the first digital currencies that has been supported by Nasdaq. Litecoin is another virtual currency that Nasdaq considered as one with immense potential.
Stellar is one of the first virtual currencies that has been strengthened by Nasdaq. Nasdaq believes that collaboration with companies like IBM, Stellar can scale new heights of growth. Stellar enables organizations to perform worldwide cross-border transfer which is very beneficial for many trades. The Stellar Network has been designed and perfected for financial institutions and individuals to participate in it. It is a hybrid blockchain that is open source and follows the distributed ledger technology.
Nasdaq has pinned hopes on Litecoin as well given the potential of the coin. A couple of weeks ago, Blocknet announced that Litecoin would function as a cross-blockchain decentralized application. It offers new avenues for Litecoin as the possibilities of integration are open to experimentation.
Litecoin is preferred as a cryptocurrency for payments because of shorter transaction time and lesser costs. It got preference in most of the websites and listed on significant cryptocurrency exchanges. Litecoin, as a currency is not in direct competition with Bitcoin. It seeks to complement and support Bitcoin.
Bitcoin has been the blue-eyed boy of all cryptocurrency traders and enthusiasts. Bitcoin will be used to implement the much hyped and awaited scaling solution known as the Lightning Network. Lightning Network would assist Bitcoin scale minimizing transaction time and transaction fees to zero. It is also going to spur in the user base of Bitcoin. More and more people would be able to indulge themselves in the cryptocurrency market. Lesser transaction fees and the faster transaction would act a magnet to attract crypto investors.
