Over 100 thousand users on Tron mainnet, Justin Sun expects more to join soon
Tron decided to separate from Ethereum and launch Tron MainNet on May 31. Followed by which there was a series of other events such as token migration, Super Representative elections, coin burn, Tron Virtual Machine (TVM) launch and of course revealing the secret project.
In a recent tweet, founder Justin Sun shared the good news that more than 100 thousand users joined Tron Mainnet, and that the block height reached 1100078 already. Sun expects that after the official launch of TVM more users will on the MainNet.
He wrote, “The total number of accounts on #TRON mainnet exceeds 100 thousand and block height has already reached 1100078 with 368 online nodes. Once the official #TVM is launched, there will be more and more users on #TRON mainnet. #TRX $TRX”
On July 30, Sun shared about its new Project Atlas with BitTorrent. They believe, “BitTorrent will be the largest application on the TRON network, which will allow TRON surpass Ethereum on daily transactions and become the most influential public blockchain in the world.”
Currently, the community is busy participating in TRX airdrop as Justin Sun announced on Twitter: “#TRON #TRONICS, here are some $TRX for you! Despite all the good new developments what’s bothering the community is the TRX price. People expected that there will be a price rise post MainNet launch, however, it didn’t go that way. Currently, TRX is trading at $0.031 with a market cap of $2.08 billion.
