Circle Invest, an investing app for cryptocurrencies, has now added four more tokens to its portfolio – Stellar Lumens [XLM], EOS [EOS], Qtum [QTUM] and 0x [ZRX]. In a Medium post, the company said these digital currencies will be added to the existing list of tokens, which includes Bitcoin [BTC], Ethereum [ETH] and Ethereum Classic [ETC].
Circle takes into account the performance and potential growth of digital currencies in the crypto space before including them in the app. To list these cryptocurrencies, the company also evaluated their legal dimensions, utility of blockchain by the project and its alignment with the principles of crypto community, among other factors.
App launches new “Explore” feature
Circle Invest also announced a new feature on its app, called “Explore”. This feature will provide vital and relevant data about cryptocurrencies to its users. This new measure is expected to bring cryptocurrency to the mainstream domain.
The feature addresses the knowledge gap existing among consumers when it comes to cryptocurrencies. The app provides customers with adequate information such that they can independently decide whether to invest in a particular cryptocurrency or not.
Other developments of Stellar Lumens, EOS
Stellar Lumens and EOS have seen many new listings in recent days, which will likely boost the adoption of these digital coins. Tokensoft, a token sale platform, recently said that it would now support projects developed on the Stellar protocol.
Meanwhile, Bancor said that BancorX, its upcoming decentralized cross-chain app, would now support trading of EOS-based tokens. These tokens can be instantly converted to other EOS-based assets or Ethereum-based coins.
Additionally, Bitfinex will soon launch the beta version of EOSfinex in a live demonstration in London. This project is the result of a collaboration effort between Bitfinex and EOS, which was first announced in February.
