Stellar Lumens [XLM] now has over 1 million accounts on its ledger
Stellar Lumens [XLM] continues to have progressive year with it bumping off EOS in the recent crypto market crash. More positive news comes its way as Stellar expert, the blockchain explorer and analytics platform, announced that Stellar Lumens has over 1000,000 accounts on its ledger as of today, setting a new milestone.
The Stellar expert recently published data which revealed that the network had more than 100k accounts on its ledger and tweeted that Stellar Lumens has set a new milestone with this achievement. As per the data, more than 300 thousand accounts were added in the month of August.
The data also revealed that the trading figures have considerably reduced over a six month period. The number of trades which stood at 265165 in the month of June now stands at 6447, a substantial decrease in just over two months.
Huobi – China’s biggest crypto exchange – began trading of the coin on its platform last month. Coinbase is also exploring adding the digital asset to its platform, but a decision on the same is yet to be made. Mobile payments network TransferTo recently partnered with Stellar to enable the use of XLM in cross-border transactions in more than 70 countries. And let’s not forget that tech giant IBM recently confirmed that Stellar’s digital asset was being used by a couple of the biggest banks in foreign exchange corridors.
The Stellar expert revelation shows that Stellar Lumens is in great shape. The company has attracted more investors and also more goodwill, owing to their consistency and business model. This milestone might attract more investors and can also augur well for XLM prices in the crypto market. XLM is currently trading at $0.21 and is ranked 6th by market capitalization.
