Use fingerprint, face detection features to send Tron (TRX) from TronWallet on Android and iOS
Tron Foundation recently announced that TronWallet has launched some amazing features of Fingerprint, Face ID and Touch ID, in its Android and iOS app. With help of these features, users will be able to send Tron (TRX) all the more easily.
This news comes soon after TronWallet launched its support for over 29+ languages, last week. TronWallet is Tron’s open source peer-to-peer cryptocurrency wallet and by added these protection features they’re trying to enhance their security,
In an official tweet, they announced, “The most waited feature for @TronWalletMe is here! Fingerprint, Touch ID and Face ID are just the beginning.” TRON Foundation also tweeted reciprocating the same tweeted, “You can now use fingerprint and face detection to send $TRX and vote for the #TRON Super Representatives from @TronWalletMe on Android and iOS!” Furthermore, they also added a demo for the functionality in the app.
At press time, the app is available on Google Play Store. However, it might take some time to be rolled out on all countries. As far as the iOS version is concerned, it is pending for approval by Apple and to be released in its App Store soon.
In other news, Tron, which aims to ‘decentralize the web’ want to create a decentralized exchange for TRX tokens and the project of the decentralized exchange goes by the name, TronWatch Market. The main goal of the project is, “[To become] an intuitive and fully-featured Decentralized Exchange (DEX). That will allow you to trade between TRON, TRX10, and TRX20 Tokens in a secure, decentralized manner.” Reportedly, the project TronWatch Market will help to increase the liquidity of the token. TronWatch Market whitepaper mentioned, “Our previous contributions to the Tron community have proven to be of value to the network, and we are eager to take the next step with the development of this exchange.”
