Microsoft and Salesforce today announced the partnership to bring the app and integration to Microsoft Teams. With this new integration, users can access Salesforce records in team channels and chat conversations.

This new integration with your competitors will be available to Sales and Service Cloud customers with the Enterprise or Unlimited edition at no additional cost.

Mention Salesforce records (opportunities, accounts, cases, contacts, and leads) in team chats and channels for easy collaboration. Preview more details about recordings posted to team chats and channels. Pin records to tabs and discussions in team channels to make them easier to find Edit records directly on teams Post important conversation moments in the Salesforce Chatter feed of pinned records in the team channel and chat tabs.
