There are only five days left to know the name of the TOP30 companies in Spain with the best practices in diversity and inclusion

On November 11 and 12, the Variable D’21 report will be published, which establishes the TOP30 of companies in Spain with best practices in diversity and inclusion. In the year when Covid-19 has shaken up our personal, social and professional fabric, the human resources consulting firm INTRAMA, specialized in training, advice and organization of professional events in diversity, equality and inclusion, will present its variable report’21 in as part of the 5th edition of the FactorW Diversity Summit, the largest national congress and leading professional event on this topic.

Adapted to the new reality, FactorW Diversity Summit will be completely digital, which will open participation to a wider audience, who will be able to attend live or recorded, on November 11 and 12. To date, more than 2,000 registrations are planned for the two days.

With more than 40 speakers, we will be able to learn what not only are good practices, but also the challenges facing 30 leading companies from different sectors in diversity. Natury, Sap, Correos, Ilunion, Schneider Electric, Zurich, KPMG, Adidas, Axa, Santander Espaa, Generali or Mercer are some of the companies that will be speaking at FactorW2020.

The event will also address specific topics such as: diversity from a senior management perspective, unconscious bias, gender diversity, inclusive leadership, generational diversity, inclusive communication or LGBTI diversity.

The INTRAMA: TOP DIVERSITY COMPANY awards will be given to companies with best practices in each of the pillars of diversity, in addition to two personal awards, PROFESSIONAL DIVERSITY and WOMAN INSPIRA. The winning companies and professionals will be announced at the event itself.
