As we have already stated, Windows 10 October 2020 Update is available. Of course, this version only appears for some users looking for the update. With other versions in the background, Microsoft remains quite cautious about its implementation.
Windows 10 October 2020 Update is being rolled out gradually
On the Windows 10 Health dashboard, the company revealed that the 20H2 update is limited. So even if you want to check for the aforementioned update, it may not appear. This is due to the exceptional caution that Microsoft takes for a gradual deployment.
Windows 10, version 20H2, is available for users of Windows 10, versions 1903 and later devices who manually check for “Check for Updates” through Windows Update. The recommended maintenance status is Semi-Annual Channel.
Note: We are slowly limiting availability over the next few weeks to ensure a reliable download experience. As a result, the update may not be offered to you immediately. For more information, see How to get the Windows 10 October 2020 Update.
It seems Microsoft is keen to avoid negative news regarding the rollout of updates. We will see if they can alleviate the problems they had in the past.
